Does it again... Took $220.00 from me and cant get it back, Y is that?

I bought a MPS Air shift kit ($220.00) for my motorcycle via over the phone with a credit card for the part. Was told that the part was going to be shipped with the end of the week. I also spoke to Scoot McKinney and he asured me that the part was in good shape. Weeks went by never heard anything and called back and sent emails, and finally got threw and they said the part wasnt in stock anymore and that they would refund me my money and thats been 6 months with no word from them. Shady company people stay away form them. I lost my money for good I guess
