Roger Holler Chevy ripoff Shady Work Would not stand behind damages caused by company employee ripoff liars victimized us

Hello to all - My wife & I had taken our 2001 Chevy astro van in to this dealership for repairs and when I called to make an appt time with this dealership they told me that my van should be under 36, ooo mile warranty and they will have to check out our complaint...

Well thats OK because when we purchased our van in July @ 3600 miles the brakes started making sounds we have never heard before, So we had taken the van in for a check up and sure enough they had to do some brake work and said this should take care of the problem! Well to say the least @ 21,000 miles this van started making the same sound.

Anyway after taking van in for a check up they said that there was nothing they could do except replace new front brakes & rotors at our cost. We felt that we should not have to pay for this expense because it was still under 36000 mile policy and we were sure they would have to take care of problems -

But guess what the brakes are only covered for only 12,000 miles and is not covered bumper to bumper for 36,000...

My Bad I did not read policy untill I need repairs, Now I fill pretty stupid... But thats not really why I'm writing this complaint. We we went in to P/U Van we saw that the running board on the drivers side was bent up and it was not like that when we took van into the shop, The service Manager told me that they did not bend up the running board and they were not going to pay for the repairs... We all know that when the Tech place the van on the rack and started to raise the van the rack was to close to the running board, and this is what caused the running board to be bent...

It happens to all dealerships and any one with running boards shoud check out auto before leaving!!! Any way they ran me off the lot because i was just a little pissssssssssss! We will not ever buy from them again... Thanks to all.
