I bought a Explorer that the purchase did not refect the price we had agreed to

I bought a 2008 Ford explorer and traded ina 2004 exploerer with on 25k miles to Oxmoor Ford. I saw the vehicle in the Inidana Auto Trader it had very little detils so I called the dealership. Jim the salesman told me it was a nice local trade-in with 17k miles, non-smoker Limted with a V-8. I told Jim the salesman that this was what we were looking for.

We live fours alway so I asked lots of qustions he insured me that this was the one and that he could hold it until we could drive to look at it. When I arrived the next morning I thought he was showing me a diffrent vehicle then the one in the Auto Trader. It didnt have V-8, wasn't limted, was a rental, had 20K miles, and later found that it had been smoked in.

I SHOULD HAVE RAN AT THIS PIONT! Instead I had just drove four hours to look at this vehicle so I decided that it did have the 3rd seat my family needed and that we didnt have in our current vehicle. We are not that Picky about vehicles so I took it for a drive. When I got back they offered $4,500 for my used explorer found out that they are now selling it for $14,000 WHICH I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY!

It's a free world thank GOD! Now for the rip-off part of this story! Once we came to a deal the salesman shook my hand, I should have bent over at this point. We had agreed that I would pay $12,000 difference plus taxes and plates. When set down with the finance guy he starts the pressure! This would be a GREAT TIME TO RUN RIGHT! He wanted to sell extras and a warranty I didnt need.

I told he I wanted the deal we had agreed to. So he put it down if front of me and said here it is, sign at the buttom. I so this is it? He said yes it has so finance changes but you can pay off at anytime. So then I made the mistake I signed. Once I bought the vehicle I was ready to get back to Indiana! Jumped and left.

Well on the road I sarted looking a the purchase order and it didnt add up! So I called the salesman Honest JIM he said he would check into it and make sure it gets corrected. When he called back he left a message which I still have with the numbers that still dont add up to the purchase order or the deal we had agreed to. He said they added window ecting for $229 which is not listed on the purchase order plus $589.00 for dealer cost.

When I called back the sale manager said there was nothing he could do. I looked all over the window for ecting cant find it. I feel like an idiot! What can i do??
