Our order to get a scooter was prepared on 6-17-08.
in those days GPS suggested within an e-mail: "as we obtain the cost, we shall DELIVER THE SYSTEM OUTRIGHT AWAY (my focus)."

I sent my cost by certified email on 6-18-08; an attempted shipping was created on 6-20-08. Our firstly several (ATLEAST 10) calls was created about 6-23-08 since the organization hadn't acquired the cost; it had been ultimately shipped on 6-23-08.

I wanted a complete reimbursement on 8-1-08 that they wouldn't approach. A following number was delivered on 8-7-08; delivery was made on 8-13-08 WITHOUT CERTIFICATE ORIGIN & BILL OF SALE which were required to register the scooter in the state-of Tennessee. I approved shipping using the notation that there is NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE. The paperwork finally came around 8-20-08.

during this time period AT LEAST 16 EMAILS AND 10 TELEPHONE CALLS WERE DESIGNED TO GPS AND ROKETA US (with copies to Roketa-Nanjing@163.com). NONE OF THE CALLS WERE EVER DELIVERED

the final mail/phone were created on 9-2-08 for assistance because the scooter will not start using the poorly converted instructions supplied. I obtained a contact informing me to contact their technology division. I never obtained a return phone, and needed the scooter maintained (at my price) to be able to have it working. The issue? A pinched gas point which ceased gas from dealing with the carburator.
