Ripped off vendors when closing store. Promised final payment but never paid

Vendors provided service to Michael Perri at his Suzuki of Tempe dealership and were not paid for their work. I received at letter stating that I would receive 10% on the total balance until paid. No bankrupcy was ever filed. He simply skipped town and did not pay. I stopped by the store on numerous occasions and spoke with Rosylin Perri about the balance. She said they would getting to it, but again, never paid.

I was unpaid for over $1200 in services provided to Michael Perri. He closed the store due to lack of business and opened a new store in South Bend Indiana called Perri's Planet Auto and Perri's Planet Car Rental.

Some facts about the business dealeings of Michael Perri.in 2005 he was sued by the state of Arizona for misleading advertising practices related to a "push pull or tow" sale. He guaranteed $5000 minimum for your trade for any vehicle in the "vehicle display area." The State of Arizona found the dealership to be misleading customers for this sale. Michael Perri has now closed his store in South Bend as well, so I am sure he has unpaid bills from that business as well. All this from a man who made millions in a land deal in Arizona. He has the ability to pay but does not.

It is unfair to small businesses like mine to not recieve pay for our services. I paid my employees and my vendors to service him. He should pay me like he promised.
