Jordan Perri Coerced my wife & I into paying$i000 n& Borrowing additional $300. Called Perri within 3 days to exercise right of recision, but was refused Ripoff

Approximately a week and a half ago I responded to a TV ad For a Home based business. The website was 136HBB.com. This turned out to be a Nick Marks website. We signed up for $49.95, and an additional $143.40 for a website.

After several days of trying to figure it out, I recieved a phone call from Chad Guthrie on Monday June 18th. He asked many questions, purportedly to "qualify" us to go further with the program. After supposedly passing his qualification routine, he said we were qualified to recieve a loan from the company to get started, so he passed us over to Jordan Perri, his boss.

Jordan Perri then explained that he was going to make us very rich, with only about 10 hours on the internet per week. He was quite persuavive and conned us into giving him $1000.00 from our credit cards and borrowing
another $3000.00 from his company. He also gave me a number to call and cancel the first program i joined and recieve my money back. I did this, but have not recieved anything back.

After thinking about it, my wife and I decided to exercise our three day right of recision, so I called Jordan and informed him ot that on Wednesday the
20th of June, and again on Thursday, the 21st of June. He informed me that he was not authorized to make refunds, but if we were refunded we would be charged 15% of the $1000.00. He informed me someone else would contact us. On Saturday morning, June 23rd, I called Jordan and left him a message that I was very upset that nobody had contacted me. Later that day I recieved a call from a "JIM' from that number. I stated everything that had occured, and he said that they had no record of my requesting a cancellation and even if the decided to do it, it would be 15% penalty on the entire $4000.00. I called him and his company a scam and demanded my money back, or I would institutte a lawsuit against them. He said, "Bring it on we aren't afraid of you or your lawyers.

My wife and I are senior citizens, and are living on a fixed income and simply can't afford to be ripped off this way.
