Unethical Business — Sales of Factory Returns as New

I purchase a new UTV 700 from ATVDiscounters.com and received a factory return. I have contacted the company numerous times and received no help to resolve this problem. I have offered to return the unit even though it would require me to drive 350 miles and trade it for a new one but they have refused to work out any deal. Basically telling me tough.
