Didn't fix what they crashed

G auto transport delivered my 1972 cutlass in july. The driver must have backed it into a fire hydrant or something. When i got my car it was damaged to the tune of approx. $2200. They have refused to pay the damages since i didn't agree to allow them to bypass the insurance company. It is now sept. Of 2011 & i have yet to hear anything fro g auto transport about compensation for my vehicle.
