Terrible service

I visited pepboys @ 5 pm 10/11/08 for a car inspection-which I had been informed might get approximately. 1 time. Our vehicle was ultimately drawn in for examination 2' 40" later-after numerous grievances. I quit @ 9pm t/out an examination! Our vehicle had failed xis 2 & they desired to attempt 3rd period? They accepted having issues w/dyno equipment & I actually donot actually understand what the problem is, but my vehicle is okay & I've never had an issue w/examination passing previously. Ther were 2 additional partners that had waited 5'&7' due to their vehicles plus they were also extremly disappointed t/the service dep't.

I've never encounterd such bad support previously @ every other car service & I truly have no idea how they remain in company. I'll never return!
