Bill Heard Chevrolet
New Vehicle - Major inside damage

Cars & Transport

I purchased a 2008 Silverado from Bill Heard in Feb. 2008. It only had 600 miles. With in two weeks I returned it back to Bill Heard because I noticed the bumber was not aligned on both sides. The first time they said it was just off and they thought they fixed it. After looking more at it, I returned it again. It had internal damage. They had to replace brackets on the headlight and bumber. They were broken. How could they have missed this? How did this happen? They didn't know.

It was about June I was having problems with the transmission. I moved to Grenada and took it to the local dealer. They had to replace the radiator and transmission. They said it was cracked and leaking into the transmission. It has to have been in an accident for this to happen. We don't drive this truck but only on weekends. And not much. So, it took it awhile for the fluids to start messing up the transmission. We still have a small problems with the truck. It doesn't sound the same as it did when we first got it. Transmission still makes whining noises when I don't feel it should.

I have called a claim adjuster, but still no actions have been taken. My payments are almose $800 a month. I feel I should have good truck for this price.

What should I do? Any suggestions?
