Selling parts that don't really exist and won't refund shipping

I thought I was buying a pan gasket for my transmission on my 2000 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon. When I got the part it wasn't even close. I called the Subaru dealer and found that there is no such part. The part is put on with 3-Bond Sealant. I asked Rock Auto to refund my money. They told me they would only refund the cost of my part and not the shipping. I told them that is crap because Rock Auto should know that this gasket does not exist. They should have never shipped a part that does not exist. They just wanted to fight with me that the part should have fit when it was about 2 sizes bigger than the cover to the transmission. They just shipped any old gasket and then expected me to absorb their shipping costs. Do not go to rock auto as they are a big fat ripoff!!!
