I introduced my vehicle into be cleaned. They cost $11.99. I'd a discount for $5.99 in one of the rivals (1/2 of what Ventura West costs.) I requested the man who vacuums the vehicle when they recognized deals at that cost. He explained "yes." Then I re confirmed it using the man who creates up the solution, who also stated "yes." We actually had a discussion about my promoting the vehicle. After I got towards the cashier, I offered her my solution & discount. She explained she might just withhold $2, not the entire $6. I informed her both workers stated that I really could obtain the discount cost. She called the mgr. I actually donot remember his title, but he was Armenian, I believe. He charged me of laying, requiring neither worker speaks English. I understood that to not be accurate, whilst the 2nd worker & I'd a two way discussion & he spoke fluent Language. The mgr. Actually introduced among the workers into the reception, requesting me to recognize him. Meanwhile, additional unhappy clients stood waiting in-line behind me. The mgr. Subsequently explained to "consider my vehicle and obtain out-of there." I had been awfully ashamed & embarrassed by his public show. I notice the corporation has additional grievances against them on the web.
