Fraud and cheating

Well i bought online a scooter from motorxtremes.com in oklahama and the guys name is kevin ragsdale. Firstly it took more then a month for my scooter to arrive and when it arrived, they send me the wrong parts, and that took me more than a month to get back and as was promised on the website, it was not assembled and tested and they don't pick your calls. Then they delayed on my title and when i got my title, it cant be registered in florida, but they said it can be registered in all 52states and finally when i got my title done, i noticed my rear rim is smaller than my front rim. On the website it was suppose to be both 17inch rims, but i got one 17 and one 14inch rims. When i called them, no one picked up. And when i send email, they take ages to reply and gave me nonsense saying it was good for stability. Well now they are saying that they have a section in their website saying that its ok for them to have a typo error on their specification and its up to them if they feel like refunding yr money or just selling u with the same price. I got cheated and if anyone plan to buy from this site, pls don't as you will definately go through what i went through. And if u see something on the website and they give u something else, then u don't have a choice as they are allowed to make typo error.
