Very poor service

Just before purchasing an engine I named the revenue department. To obtain an est. How long it'd try obtain the motor. I had been informed from the salesman, "easily requested it on the Mon, it'd be delivered in my experience by Friday. The motor was requested on 8/18, nowadays is 10/08 with no motor continues to be delivered. I contact just about every day and obtain no aid. I did so eventually reach stop the purchase. Today when I contact about my cash being returned I'm informed there's nobody I - can keep in touch with about after I'll have it back. We get no delivered telephone calls, no reactions to emails, and obtain endangered after I do really speak with somebody.
