When I returned from my recent service at Fette Ford, I compared the items on this bill to my last service visit two months ago and realized I had received the fuel injection service for the second time.
Upon returning to Fette I confronted the service writer who enlisted the tech who worked on the car this time and together they told me that the service was different this time—they went in deeper to get out the sludge. I disageed with this report and told them I would consult with my nephew who had worked for Ford after being trained at their corporate headquarters in Michigan for a whole year.
He, of course, agreed with me and said the least this dealer could do is to apologize and refund my money back. He recommended that I contact the service manager which I have done three times in two days with no return call from him.
This is no way to treat a loyal customer of seven years and one who purchased this very car from this dealer.
