This company has not honored my submitted receipts. Now wants me to submitted it again

The exact same thing is happening to me. This company is not honoring the gas cards. Now they want me to resubmitted five $20.00 coupons. What to stop them from sending me the cash rebate if I resubmit it. I am getting the run around. I will call the time share that I toured and complain.
