Evans auto care center upolstery repair rip off bad work

I went to this place called evans auto care center to get my car re-upolstered. They charged me a total of 1,030.00 for eveything. That was to recover the dash board, door panels, carpet, arm rest, headliner, visors, sunroof, and sterring wheel. The guy told me that it would only take 2 days to do everything. I drop my car off on monday and did not recover my car until friday night and still had to take it back on saturday. The car does'nt look professional at all the guy does'nt want to give me any of my money back nor does he want to refix it. Need help what should i do?
