Man said he never got my money order than 2 days later deposited into he's acc

Bought some parts from e-bay. Confirmed my payment by sending in a money order for 128.95,2 weeks later no parts came in so I called the company and he said he never received the money order so i purchased the same parts using my pay-pal account. He said if he comes across the money order he would send it back but instead he deposit into his bank account.

Found this out by tracing the money order thru the U.S. Post office. I have tried to contact this man for over a month and no response from him. I contacted e-bay they said they can't do anything, filed a report with internet fraud have not herd from them, now I will file a report with you and we will see what happens
