I requested 2 screen regulators on Partstrain.com. The web site promoted the components were in-stock and prepared to ship within 24 hours. Our Credit was billed the entire amount, quickly. After not getting a "tracking range" via mail, as guaranteed, I named daily towards the "customer support" division (that will be only a call-center with inexperienced idiots running it). Every time, they suggested my purchase was set-to deliver out that evening and that I'd obtain a following quantity later via mail when it delivers. 10 days later, after getting exactly the same tale repeatedly, I ended the purchase. The individual stated again I Would get a contact with these specifics. I never obtained the e-mail; I named again to confirm termination and was informed it did not get canceled. I ended the purchase again. I submitted a challenge with my charge card company. These people have only a robbery ring put up. I would favour settled more and gotten an excellent component and exemplary customer support from the legit regional company than need to have been through 14 days of trouble with one of these scams. Avoid PARTSTRAIN.com or PARTSBIN.com; they truly are thieves!
