Dont send products and more than double shipping charges for items they dont ship

I placed an order with this company 4 Aug. They took my money for the item two days later plus $38 for shipping, Advertised shipping was $16. I called to ask about it and where my order was and got the run around but I did find out it was suppose to be drop shipped from the Manufacturer. So after 1 month I filed a report with the BBB and then called the manufacturer to see if it had been ordered. Was told they have it in stock and no order was ever placed. Stay away from this company.
