Poor business practices

I own a 1985 Cadillac Eldorado convertible that I only drive in the summer. Three years and one month ago a new altenator from napa was installed. The altinator has burned up two batteries. The car has 2,000 miles on it from the time it was installed and they refuse to warrant the part. They state that the part had a three year warranty and that is now expired. After only 2,000 miles iI think that is prepousterous. Most altenators are warranty for life but theirs only 3 years, even though the car has been in a nice warm garage all that time except for 2,000 miles.

NAPA will never again sell me a part for any of my cars, I have six, and I will make everyone I know aware of their lack of sensibility. Thank you for reading this and I hope it saves you some money by purchasing somewhere that stands behind their merchandise..
