Deceptive internet car sales

This dealership should NOT be trusted!
I bought a 2008 RAV4 with 9K miles on it, and, as I could not inspect the vehicle in person, (as I live in Colorado), I was promised it was "like new" by Salesperson Troy Petracek.

Upon delivery, in addition to ripped upholstery, and scarred interior, there was a DENT and CRACKED Paint on a door. After many calls, during which I was promised they would "cut me a check" for the body damage to be repaired, (if I sent a copy of the estimate, which I did), I recieved a rude call from "Tommy O", (the sales "supervisor"), at which time I was scolded for believing any promises made on a used car, as "a used car is a used car".

My response to this is A LIAR IS A LIAR!
These guys are not to be trusted!!!
