Took advantage of my handicap, consumer rip-off truly a deceptive company bill went from 180 to 548.63. I should have taken a man with me

I called, 150 to 180 for a muffer. Told them I was hearing impaired, they showed me a picture of the car problems. I don't think they lied about the problem they replaced everything because the old did meet specifications, my Honda dealer said "nottrue". They put a delux exhaust pipe etc. They did more than they should have. I don't understand things about cars Iguess I should have taken a man with me. The Honda dealer said they replaced parts that did not need replacing and used the more expensive parts. I will never go there.

I thought I could trust them. For them to tell me I have an unusual car is not true. They saw a single woman, an after being told a hearing impaired person. And went to town on stuffing the bill. They were ask to repeat things because I could not hear, did they think I was an idoit, after I got the bill I could see to read it.

They were wrong with padding the bill, never again. I just don't have that kind of money and was dum founded when he told me the price or the final bill.
