Xress Auto CAr Wash
Damaged car, won't pay

In April I took my car to be washed at Xpress Auto CAr wash. I have been using that car wash for at least 5 years. On that day, one of the employees was horsing around and accidently swiped my car door with the vaccuum. It left a ding and a dent about 2 inches long. I immediately talked to the manager, who told me "it didn't happen here. I saw that when the car came in." I asked to talk to the emplyee, who had left the premises. The manager then told me, "even if it did happen here, we're not responsible for damage."

I had the damage repaired for about $85 and would have settled for a few free car washes to make up for it. They refused to even consider it.

This place does a good job, but I won't return
