These filthy scumbags ought to be released of business - their upsell techniques are beyond shady - why cannot the NY AG or FTC or additional consumer-protection company examine these criminals and good them seriously or prohibit them from conducting business.

The tales are several - I Have had folks get cheated into purchasing their "sludge" cleaner during gas changes - since the scumbag technicians that are bonused for upsells persuade people they require them - of course, they usually get you for wipers, etc during condition assessments - it was my encounter together -

"George" - the supervisor in the transportation road williamsville area attempted this last fraud on me - failed my examination, and of course, desired to "upsell" me what I needed. Large of him.

Set these scammers from business once and for several!
