Never buy a vehicle from Grayson BMW. We bought a used BMW in Feb it is now Aug and we have had the vehicle in the shop 5 times now. We have spent over 3,000 to have this car's many problems fixed. We average it being in the shop about every 3 months. We have taken it back to Grayson all of those times except 1. They sold us a lemon, plain and simple. The car had 80,000 miles when we purchased it, it is a 2001 model.

My husband drives it to work only and we have so many problems it is not even funny. We have tried to get Grayson to take it back but they refuse they state we should have bought the warrenty, funny thing is, all these items we have had to have fixed would not have been covered by that warrenty. Just last night my husband stopped to fill up with gas and the car wouldn't start, imagine that. It is now back in the shop and we have a call into Grayson. They are crooks.

We have now found a machanic that used to work there, that will work on our car for 1/2 the price as what Grayson charges, oh and last time we had it in, we told him how we were still having problems, (like the car smoking) and that was what was supposed to be fixed the last time we had it in there, he stated that our items we had paid for had not been fixed... They are crooks... Never buy from them... Warn all your friends... They will take you for all you are worth...
