Horrible ppl!

After two washes, my car was still not clean. I spoke to the mgr and he made an excuse saying that their vaccum couldn't get dirt in a carpet like mine. This was not the first time this had happened to me, They've never done a good job and for $60 a pop I'd think it would be changed by now!

So, I asked for the owner's information... They pointed me to the owner who happened to be there and I took him out to show him all the problems still left.

I told him about the bugs on my dash (there were 2 & they were still there), about 2 milk stains on the front seat (leather so it wasn't wiped off well), the dust on the dash, dirt on the carpet... And w/o letting me finish he said "you're car must have been really nasty" on my disbelief he said "yeah, you're nasty and we can't help you. I'm tired of your complaining and attitude so you can take your business elsewhere". I explained that he offended me and I can't believe he treated his customers that way. He said he didn't care, I should leave... They weren't going to help me.

I didn't even get to tell him about the trash still left in the trash bins (side of the doors), or several peices of trash in the floor. The carpet that was thrown against the back of the seat, the seats still folded up, the dirt still on the wheels (I paid extra for wheel and carraige cleaning), or the scent that was not there (I also paid extra for scent and wasn't given any).

I cannot believe the utter lack of respect, customer service and outright RUDENESS this man showed me. He even yelled at my up in my face!

I left in tears. I have been affected by his attitude towards me all weekend. I can't believe how I was treated.
