I required a refinance mortgage after which used to do not get a refusal, alternatively it had been "called" to Roadloans.com who costs 12% interest. I'm wondering that Money One gets a charge using this, therefore perhaps this is the way the mortgage disaster started by switching people down who've great credit, so that they spend a greater interest.
