I received a call from BigLot and decided to do some research. As all the other complaints listed against this company, it was a Alan who called. As the others, Alan was not available on my return call but a Katie could help me. (I wonder what ever happened to Melanie?) From that point on, you could cut and paste from the other reports in order to complete mine. The one big difference was I decided NOT to deal with these people. My biggest thanks to those who took the tremendous amount of time to give such detailed reports, and helpful information, and a "Hats Off to "RipOff"!!!
