I received a final warranty notice which has the toll free number of 1-866-535-3098 and then bought my auto on the phone with the phone number of 913-390-1610. About 2 months later I found it not of much use, so I called to have it canceled and mailed them the certificate. I later found that the company received the certificate in April. Then I sought the help of a lady who worked for American Guardian to whom certified auto warranty might be the contractor who is by the way very nice to me in July and August but without much success.
