F & S Towing
I was a victim of this SCAM, this towing company has made arragements with Jack-in-the box in Chula vista

I was celebrating my birthday down in San Diego at the end of July. I drove to Chula Vista and stoped at border Jack in the Box to get a cup of coffee around 8:10 am on August first, got my coffee and decided to take a walk down the street to get familiar with the area. I had never been in this area of the border before. I spent about 20 minutes looking around; I decided to take a quick pick to the border patrol activity and walked over the pass.

Before doing that I came back up to get a coffe refill, I saw the car there and went back down to the overpass about 8:45 am. I returned a few minutes later, to my surprise the car was gone. My car was picked up at 8:49am; I now realized that I had someone following me all over the place for about 35 minutes.

The moment I head out to the over pass, this person reported that I was gone and my car was picked up. The truck Driver provided the owner cell phone # so I called to see where my rental car was. The person answering the cell phone was Felix, he claim to be the owner, he is Puerto Rican. The most disrespectful individual you can fin in the Caribbean Islands.

To make a long story short. He charged me $350 to release the Rental car. They had the car for less than 2 hours. This is well organized SCAM, between the business owners, Tow Company, and what they call "raiteros" the same tow truck driver connected me with the "raitero" who charged me $30 to bring me to where the car was. This guys a running a very profitable business, they ask for cash only, so they don't have to report it and pay tax on it. This is a well organized SCAM. Can you imagine how many victims they hit everyday.

I was there for less than one hour, my car was gone and they had anothe car already hoocked up to the tow truck. Someone must do something about this cynical people. San diego authorities are you aware of this? Please help us.
