Refuses to hire people over a certain age - age discrimination!

I applied at this dealership to work there after receiving excellent reviews from former employers and a friend who WORKS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Went in for an interview with the manager and was told he would get back to me. Never called or answered my calls. I later found out he wasn't going to hire me because i "wasn't a good fit."

Awfully ironic that just two days later they hired a former coworker of mine that is 20 years younger than me! And have hired other young salesmen since then! Awfully funny that i walked in with over five years of experience and great referrals left and right, but they don't hire me. Then they turn around and hire a bunch of young guys that don't have any referrals or years of experience.

This is simply age discrimination at its finest. Won't hire the "old guy" but will hire a bunch of young kids who have no experience and just want to screw over their customers.
