Stay away. I wish I had

We ordered a scooter from atvdicounter.com with Doug as our salesman. He told us we would received the scooter in 7-10 days. The scooter didn't show up. We called and he clarified that it would be 7-10 Business days. The bike still didn't show up.

After dozens of calls and emails it finally shipped and ended up arriving about 25-30 days after it was ordered.

Three days after receiving it the odometer broke. I ended up having to disassemble my new scooter to send the odometer assembly in to them. I waited and waited and nothing happened.

Again after dozens of calls and emails I find out they are waiting on me to send the part. I told them the post office confirmed with me that they had received it two weeks prior to me finally getting through to them.

Well they told me they found it and were checking it out. A week and half goes by and not a word from them on what's going on. I discoved that posting a reply at their parts and warranty page is the best way to get someone's attention. They had to order a new one and will get it to me as soon as it gets in.

In the mean time I'm riding a scooter with no speedometer, no odometer, no fuel guage or battery charge guage.

Read the other reports on the company and stay away. Pay more for a scooter somewhere else and avoid the headachs.
