I called for front end parts for my car got a price saving me about 20%, and then it started SCOTT told me" if you order them today (sat. 7/26) you will have them by tuesday " I said maybe if not monday he said early we can still have them to you by Tue no later than wed so I placed the order for a radiator, condenser and fan at 8:30 am mon 7/28 Scott said I will have them by tue, wed at the latest well no parts wed... Thur... Talked to scott he said get you the tracking # took 24 hours to get 1 of the numbers won't have the part till possibly thursday 8/7 meanwhile my wife and two little ones are home without a vehicle because I need to get to work my parts 335.00 paid for on the 28th including shipping have not moved from ohio Bill answered one of the times I called and between his language and threats I was offered a refund... My normal used parts dealer could not get me the parts I needed so after my experience with thoroughbred I called them to see if they new of the places that they used and I was told and I quate "thats what you get for dealing with them" I could have paid twice as much and got the part in two days (found out fri 8/1) could have got it from Pepboys in 5-7days brand new for an extra 40.00 dollars in short you would be smart to NEVER DO BUSSINESS with them EVER!!! I wont
