HH wheel refuses to warranty parts they supplied (inside warranty window)

I used to do business with a company called H&H wheel. We donn business for a couple years, even tho they seemed to have a little salesman turnover problem. But each time a new salesperson came on board, he went out of his way to clear up problems. I sold their producte in good faith, and used their warranties as a selling tool. Well, they left town and no longer come to our area. They left us holding the bag on implied warranties, which we have handled most of them. They also refused to take back parts in trade for parts we could use. When they left i owed them money, that was satisfied in full with return of NEW, UNUSED parts. On 02/13/01 i contacted their warehouse with another warranty situation. Again they refused stateing i should call the company direct, because they no longer deal with them. Part still under warranty. Icalled their akron Office, could not get HQ #, got their Michigan # off web, was given another # to call, ant the name given me never returned call. Person from akron office returned call, and basically said thats the way it goes, tough. I told him i was tired of being treated this way, and i was going to contact RIP OFF REVENGE. He said go ahead, they have Lawyers for that purpose sitting around doing nothing, and since i threatened him, which i did not, do not call there again..in the meantime i contacted the manufacturer of said product and was told they could do nothing for me since they deal with wholesalers only, but would take care of it with HH wheel. He also explained HH wheel is obligated to take care of situation. I have names and phone numbers if they are required, please contact me. I wish nothing done than can constitute a lawsuit. Im just tired of the way that company has treated us since THEY LEFT TOWNI feel i have done nothing wrong, even tho he said i threatened him with this
