Bad repairs, new damage to vehicles after service, horrible customer service

Parson's Service Center in Watertown, NY is a farce of a business and should be shut down.

I was suspicious when I would have a repair done at this service center, as something new/different would be wrong with my vehicle immediately after they worked on my vehicle.in addition, they would often find something "wrong" that needed repair and when I would take it elsewhere for a second opinion (unbeknownst to them) I would find out that the problem was not a problem. Their customer service has always been horrible, but for sometime, was easy enough to overlook.

Why go back? I needed a routine inspection and they were convenient, as I was visiting family in Watertown when it needed to be done. We dropped off my vehicle Friday evening and explained that it needed to be done Saturday, as I was leaving town Sunday.in addition, we explained that if anything needed to be done, they needed to let us know and repair it quickly.By mid-afternoon we had heard nothing and no one answered the phone. We drove over to find my vehicle with no new inspection sticker.

Apparently two things needed to be repaired and they could not do it that day... They knew the scenario but didn't call regardless. When I said that it was inappropriate and that if they had called when they discovered the problems, we could have planned an alternative course of action, the manager/mechanic said he "didn't have time for this shit" and gave us the keys. We did nothing wrong, they displayed horrible customer service, AND they blamed the customer.

I would not recommend this service center full of toothless, brainless employees to my worst enemy.
