They tell you the down payment of your insurance will be one amount and then you find out that they take 350.00 from the payment for a "roadside assistance service" without your authorization and then tell you its non-refundable and can't be cancelled. The broker gave me this sob story about how a woman was stranded on the side of the road and then was beaten and raped and then sued the insurance company because she couldnt get a tow truck. I even called the 800 number for "24hr emergencies" to get a customer service rep and was on hold for nearly 10 minutes. This is why I have AAA, so I wont be stranded in the boondocks. Dont be a victim, and if you are report them to the BBB. The broker had extremely poor customer service skills and even hung up on me. She needs to find another profession that she can better handle cause this one is not for her.
