Frank C. Kuperman Paid $1,000 for a Transmission and Just Plain Got Ripped-Off! Nothing but a Charge on my Credit Card

Lots of advertising and good feedback on Ebay, so I ordered an Automatic Transmission from these losers. After 1 week, nothing. I called repeatedly, and they said it's not ready or whatever. Then after a couple of days I called again and they said it was shipped and that I'd be getting it in 3 days.

5 days went by, I called and they said it hasn't even been made yet. No way! I kept calling until I spoke to Frank, who called me childish and immature for calling until I spoke to him personally. He said he checked his inventory and saw it on his shelf, unshipped. He called me names and accused ME of cheating HIM!!! He claimed that I don't have a business, which I've had since he was running around in a playground, and had time to look me up on the internet and called the car I have for sale a "roach." And I'm sure the people that know him know that he uses this word. He even had time to arrange for someone to come to my residence here at home and drive by. For what purpose, I'm not sure.

He informed this himself, and I had him on speaker phone for others here to listen. We were all amazed to what great lengths this loser went through to not pay me back the money he took from me. And I say took, because ripped off means that I got something that was junk, which from what I read is commonplace from this outfit. He straight took my money and I got nothing in return! One month now.

This guy has my address and actually called someone to come down to my home. What do you call this behavior?
He assured me that they were at fault and that as soon as Sheila (Their controller) got back, I'd get my credit card credited.
Needless to say, nothing. As a matter of fact, he blocked my phone number from calling his business.

I want to assure all of you that this child is very unprofessional with his business and he is NOT new to the court system. I read court documents and other legal proceeding that he elaborately finances. Apparently, he's making lots of money on these sites and can afford costly court battles. He has 252 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and thumbs his nose to authority and financial responsibililty. All the public information I gathered on the internet is attrocious, and had I seen all of this, I definetely wouldn't have given up my credit card number.

This man may know transmissions, (I'm not sure) but obviously has a business that's out of control both from the standpoint of quality control, as stated by the numerous complaints, and in regards to financial responsibility to his customers.

He is very well aware of every transaction that's in dispute and does everything he can to delay and aggrevate the people that demand a fair transaction. The people that work for him, seem to me, fed up with his avoidance, deceit and delay tactics. I believe that the people that work there are genuine and have good intentions.

It's the upper management on this one. Very weak. I want and deserve fair treatment and my money back.
It's been a week now that Frank Kuperman (Owner as informed by BBB) promised my money back. And still nothing. He told me that he'll keep my money and that I'd have to go through hell to get it back from him.
