Then the sales and business managers fill it out and sign it, as though the customer was actually submitting it. Which allows them to keep their BLUE OVAL certification, as well as to deceive Ford as to their sales performance.

God help you, if your $38,000 vehicle turns out to be a lemon, eight later? Then you are told by a sales manager; «We don't build them, we only sell them." Then you are left with no recourse, because the dealership already submitted your copy of the fraudulent/forged Customer Satisfaction Survey to Ford about how happy you are with your vehicle!

It's shameful, when a salesperson advises you to talk with a lawyer about their employer?
