Steve Eiseman, Inc Lied about replacing auto computer, said it was not the problem to sell other parts not needed

My 200 Jeep Grand Cherokee was diagnosed by two seperate Jeep dealerships as requiring a new PCM (computer) but they factory was backordered. I called around to find a repair shop with one on hand at a resonable cost. Sport Utility Performance said they can get a new one for $400. Steve Eiseman did not install a requested new PCM (engine computer) correctly.

This ignorance led to problem misdiagnosis that involved installation of many expensive parts and labor (totaling $1440) NOT needed to correct the problem. Steve Eiseman then found the problem as his fault (admitted to not programming / flashing the new PCM originally requested). He asked to put the requested new PCM back in. I said yes. He then took two weeks to rebuild a PCM instead of reinstalling a new PCM originally requested.

This rebuilt PCM was an inferior product that I did not request. I was warned of faulty after-market rebuilt PCMs and through personal research of the problem found it warranted. That is why I specifically requested a new PCM to be installed originally. The Jeep again continued to stall from the first day I paid for the final repair. That same week I had Suncoast Crysler Jeep dealership install a new PCM to correct the problem at a cost of $1020. Suncoast stated in writing that no new PCM had been installed prior to their installation of a new PCM.

Steve Eiseman would not refund any money for the mis-installed parts or labor. This repair shop is running a scam.
