Stole my down deposit and wants the car back but wants to keep my deposit

Mel Clayton ford, in Phx AZ will rip you off as they have done to me.
October 22 i purchased my first vehicle and i was more than excited. I put down 1200 dollars cash and the three weeks later nov. 17th i put down another 550 through my debit card and i got a call friday the day after thanksgiving from the person who did my financing doug was his name and he stated monday morning goes by then tuesday and wed. Go by after leaving 8 voicemails i asked to speak with the finance dorector who was steve dancy and he was very rude to me and stated and then after asking for my deposit back he laughed and said we will give you your 550 back but not the 1200 i said why hes all you dont have a recipe and i said well doug told me the contract was my recipe and it says cash deposit 1200 dollars then a promisary note of 550 and to this day im still fighting with them to get my 1750 dollars back and tosome it may be petty cash but to me its ALOT since i am paying for my wedding as we speak so be careful who you trust... So dont go to mel clayton ford
