This company will not refund my money for a part that was supposed to be at my house twoo weeks ago Locations In New York And Pennsylvania

I ordered a window regulator for my truck ($117.00) from these ripoffs. Chris Rizzo (an the employee) sold me the part. He told me it would be at my house by june 30. I did not rcieve it until three weeks later, so I bought another regulator from someone else and figured I would send it back and get a refund.

Here is what I sent them:

I ordered this on June 24th and just received it yesterday (July 15th) I was told when I ordered it that it would be no longer than a week. I trusted that since your web site said that you provide outstanding service and delivery. I have been without a window for three weeks. So I finally just had my mechanic find another one. I'm sure there was a mix up of some sort and I apologize if I come off a bit upset, If I need parts in the future I will most defiantly give you a call. Your price beat everyone else on the net.

I can ship it back to you as soon as you give me the details on the return.

Here is what they sent me:

No return sorry as the part is fullt fuctional and that was fed-ex fault as they made a mistake on your zip code. You will have a good spare if you need another in the future.

This guy told me I would have my part by June 30th. It has been raining here for a while. The web site stated that: Our goal is to provide outstanding service and delivery to all of our customers. I trusted that and got screwed. I was even ready to pay a restocking fee but the guy pretty much told me tough crap.

I will eventually get my money back when I sell the part but I would definatly not buy anything from these people again.

Hopefully they will one day get whats coming to them
