Airport arriving pick up gates

I just want to WARN anyone who is picking up any passengers from the Philadelphia airport to WATCH OUT for the obnoxious & RUDE LATINO COP Badge 6468 (I think, as it was badly written.) It is a madhouse driving up there & I was looking for a friend with a 5 yr old in the arriving gate area... I was apparently singled out by a power hungry " cop " who yelled @ me & wrote me a $41 ticket, for what I dont know... I was moving my vehicle SLOWLY down the USAir gates looking for my friend. Your arriving party that you are picking up MUST JUMP in a fast moving car, I suppose. Guess he didnt like my Range Rover... I am SO MAD about IT & helpless to do anything BUT pay the damn ticket... Some racket huh??? & THEY got a good score on customer ratings... Bull&t!!!
