Very poor business practice

I find their business training terrible.

I told them my total scenario. I am making city withit cross country for graduate college and I needed these repairs to assist secure a secure journey so that as preventive maintenance because I've the cash from my college loan. Their Interpretation; It Is The last moment I'm going to be there. I want the repairs completed since I've to possess my vehicle, plus I've the cash prepared available.

Scenario - I obtained their contract to displace my devices, time sequence and also to examine the ball joints and handle hands - all accepting I Would obtain a quotation. I slipped my vehicle off yesterday on Jul 6. So that they can work onto it 24 hours later/Friday and become completed by Tues as decided.

-I called Wednesday a week ago plus they stated these were awaiting components which may maintain Wed.- therefore it could be completed Thurs. And "... The vehicleis aside and trying out room...".

-I called Thurs. Plus they said still expecting components but it "it appears like it will be completed Friday".

-I named Friday, they nevertheless were not completed but "Tues. It will be completed". I wont actually provide the estimate by Mon., it is substantial.

-I called recently, the "vehicleis together now and you will be completed Wed."/today.

-I call today/Wed. The vehicle isn't yet set due to a totally unrelated problem thatn what I delivered it set for.

- Do Not trust this look for a square package.

- Obtain The estimate written down and/or let them know your whole dollar amount.

I'm an extremely type and individual individual. They noticed it like a weakness and also have today used it to some degree beyond explanation.
