Maryland Ave Autosales / (CEO) Quentin Miniken
I was ripped off of money and out of a vehicle all together!

I owned a 200 Jaguar that I paid in full $12,500. I was in a financial bind so I took a $2,000 loan against the Jag. I couldn't pay that back in time so what I owed went up $2,000 due to interest.

I was introduced to Quentin Miniken (CEO of Maryland Ave Autosales). The Jag had electrical problems so I agreed to have Quentin Pay the total amount of the loan (approx $4,000) and I would sign my Jag over to him.in return, I would do a trade for a Lincoln Navigator off his lot.

I was to repay him the $4,000 loan in $300 monthly payments. That way there would be no interest building up. I paid the 1st 2 months at $300. I still had not recieved a title showing ownership of the Navigator.

After months of trying to get my title, I refused to pay him another payment until I got my title. A week later, He came and reposessed the Lincoln Navigator. I was out of both vehicles.

I took Maryland Ave Autosales to concilliation court and won by default. He never showed up. 1 month later, Maryland ave autosales was no longer in business. All Cars had been removed from the lot.

I transcribed the case to a civil case. I found out where he lived and banked. I did a writ of execution to try and freeze funds in the bank account but he already took all funds out of the account.

The company is showing it's in "Good Standings" w / the Secratary of State. When riding by Maryland Ave Autosales, it has a sign that reads "Jackson Street Autosales". His wife is running it.

I think he is still conducting business but under his wife's name. I did research and there are over 15 judgements against Maryland Ave Autosales. We all made mistakes because he's covered behind his company being incorporated.

We are all frustrated and don't know what to do at this time. I personally am out of $12,500 and a vehicle. Please Help!!!
