Owner of kettering automotive garnished 410.00 dollars out of my check cause i quit do to being sick

I have worked at kettering automotive for about 60 days.in those 60 days i have seen customer's get over billed for work that has been done to thier cars. Like a job that calls for 2 hours in the all data labor guide and kettering automotive charges 4 hours just to make a extra buck, plus they have been marking up thier parts to an unresonible rate. While this is all happening i got sick 2 weeks after i started and had to have my gall bladder removed.

Three weeks later i returned to find out while i was gone i made some mistakes and the vehicles came back. The problems had beend fixed by other techs. I offered the owner ed moser money for the problems i had created and he said no problem you had been sick. I can understand how these things can happen. Two weeks after i returned here we go again i get sick and i have had two surgies since this has all started. I was told by my doctor that i needed to rest and take it easy cause i will have to have another surgery down the road.

So my wife and thought it be best that i resign my position at kettering automotive and rest and get healthy again. After i told ed he seem to take it ok. Didn't seem like he was made or was upset. So i ask for my check and he said he hadn't done payrole yet andwould mail me my check. I recieved what i thought was my check and instead was a bill for the remaing balance of the vehicles that i had made mistakes on.

He is charging me after i offered to pay for the damages. Never said one word about all of this. Now that i am leaving he's trying to get all he can out of me just like his customers. I know i made mistakes but were is this guys heart at i have been sick for crist sakes. To top it off the man won't even call me. What a snake don't deal with this guy
