Overcharged for standard smog check

I had my car inspected and was charged $87.70 for a Smog Check that I had to have done again at another inspection center, and that ony cost $60.00. I called around and could not find any other centers tha charged more than $60-65... ONLY Automotive Solutions.

When I returned to the Automotive Solutions location and asked why I was charged so much the owner told me he didn't want to discuss it.
