Poor service poor quality products

I requested a camera security-system and upon entrance discovered the publicized quality was no-where close to the quality of the image that I had been watching on my tv. I named the organization and obtained an RMA - I delivered the merchandise back which is wherever it gets exciting. I'd to create quantity of calls and after 6 months discover myself sorry I actually did business with this particular organization. I eventually needed to document a with my charge card organization since x10 claims used to do not return all the gear. And so I need to deliver the following number so that they have evidence of fat. I actually donot believe this can finish the issue. I'll be asked to deliver additional "evidence" hoping that I'll quit (this really is opinion elizabeth but my encounter to date). Don't conduct business with this specific organization - invest several bucks more for better-quality and reassurance when anything does FAIL you'll not obtain the run-around.
