They cheated and ruined me

I was just reading about someone who was cheated by Mercedes of Manhattan. This is a coincidence because they ruined my life. A couple of years ago, I purchased a Mercedes E430 AWD with only 18000 miles. I paid $40000.00 It was Starmark Certified (a joke). I live near Philadelphia and had a blow out on the way home (a bubble on one of the tires burst). I called roadside assistance. The spare tire was completely shredded and he found 2 other bubbles on other tires. They did reimburse me but for only 2 tires saying I drove it off the lot so it's my responsibility and they were doing me a favor. Also, the car was extremely loud. Service told me the all wheel drive system makes it loud. I had constant service problems. After 2 and 1/2 years, I could not take it any longer and decided to trade it in.

My local dealer told me the car was wothless because the transmission was shot. The manager said didn't you notice how loud it sounded. Luckily, I had a week left on the warranty. They fixed the transmission (took two weeks). As I drove into my garage, the entore electrical system shorted out. The next morning I went to Infinity, desperate to get the car off my hands. They told me due to poor reliability the book value was 19000 and that was all they could give me. A big part of my new payment went to paying off the Mercedes (I originally intended to keep this car 6-10 years). It got so bad that I missed payments and the Infinity was reposessed. I've had at least 10 cars in my life and was not even late with a payment until this disaster. Now my credit is ruined, not to mention the humiliation.
