Pompous, bullying, belittling, refusal

I have read some of the writings about this company. I agree with everyone wholeheartedly! I called Peak 5 today to get my pay off amount. I kept getting the run around and the persn started asking personal questions like where are you getting the money from. It was none of her business!!! I told her I would possibly trade it in... To get a new vehicle. This person told me I couldn't do that because they owned the vehicle! WHAT!? I don't think Peak 5 has their name on the title!!! They say I am 80 days past due. But I know for a fact that I may have missed one payment. Still I was transferred to another department and still did not get my pay off amount. All they wanted me to do was to set up a payment... That what I was saying that I couldn't pay for the vehicle. Cmon putting words into my mouth!!! I have NEVER I repeat NEVER had any dealings with this before in my life... Even our mortgage company and AmeriCredit bent over backwards to help us when we had trouble... I really hate trying to talk to them because they TRY to make you feel stupid. I am hoping that we can trade this car in because I am through with dealing with them. I have also contacted the BBB and of course their rebuttal was they have no record of any bellitling. Sheesh this company needs to go down.
